My partner and I found UmamiPapi through a friend’s Instagram and it was one of the best discoveries of 2020. We’ve haven’t had many chilli oils, but even so I can confidently say this is the BEST chilli oil. We’ve used it on dumplings, eggs, steak, roast chicken, avocado toast... the variations are endless. 15/10 would recommend.

This chilli oil is the perfect condiment for almost every meal you can make. As somebody who loves spicy food, I had to try both the regular and extra spicy and had my mind blown both times.
Ethan has perfected his flavour/texture balance to an art form with this oil. So when one of the other reviews claims to be from someone who doesn’t like spicy food but is obsessed with the regular oil, it’s true and that’s because the Ethan’s managed to extract the flavour from the chilli without the overwhelming spice that you don’t like and combine it with that more-ish umami flavour and all the delicious crunchy bits. And if you’re someone who wants all that delicious umami flavour but you also want that fiery chilli kick, get the extra spicy oil.
Plus, with the diff sized bottles he has on offer, you could get a mini bottle to taste (and love) and then you get the biggie for your ongoing needs.
Either way, I’m fairly confident you’re not gonna regret trying this product. It’s fantastic!
