Full Terms & Conditions for the UmamiPapi 3 Month Stash Giveaway. Keep it creative, keep it spicy, keep it tagged.
The promoter of this competition is UmamiPapi Pty Ltd ("UmamiPapi", "we", "us" or "our").
The competition opens from the date and time the giveaway post is first published organically by UmamiPapi on its social channels, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of UmamiPapi and their immediate family members.
By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To enter, you must:
- Create a dish using an UmamiPapi product;
- Film or photograph the dish/creation;
- Post it to social media; and
- Tag @itsumamipapi so the entry can be identified.
Entries must be posted before 11:59pm AEST on 30 August 2026.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is a separate original post that follows the entry requirements.
This is a creativity/skill-based competition, not a game of chance or random draw.
The winner will be selected by UmamiPapi based on the creativity and originality of their dish and submission.
UmamiPapi's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive approximately three months' worth of UmamiPapi products, made up of a selection that may include:
- Crispy Aromatic Chilli Oil
- Chilli Egg Mayo
- Hot Umami Honey
- Additional UmamiPapi jars/products as required to make up the 3-month stash
The final product mix, quantity and prize value will be confirmed by UmamiPapi before or at the time of winner notification. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social platform used to enter and/or via any publicly available contact details associated with their entry, within 7 days of the competition closing.
UmamiPapi may also announce the winner on its social channels and/or website.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, UmamiPapi reserves the right to select another winner.
By entering, you grant UmamiPapi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share and use your submitted competition content (including photos, videos, captions and your social handle) across organic social, paid social/advertising, website and other UmamiPapi marketing channels.
You confirm that you own or have the right to grant this licence for all content submitted.
Entries must be original, appropriate and must not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights).
UmamiPapi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, UmamiPapi and its officers, employees and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of the prize.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media platform. You release those platforms from any claims related to this competition.
UmamiPapi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, including for legal, operational or safety reasons.
