We dispatch Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons via Australia Post. Order by Thursday 8:30am for the best chance of same-week dispatch.

Metro is usually 1–2 business days from dispatch; interstate metro 2–5; regional longer. Weekends and public holidays don’t count.

Once the parcel is with Australia Post, scans can sit quiet for a few business days. That’s normal.

If there’s still nothing 5–7 business days after dispatch, lodge an enquiry with Australia Post first, then email hello@umamipapi.com.au with their reference.

After it’s with Australia Post, address changes sit with the carrier. Change of mind after dispatch: return unopened with the seal intact. Delivery fees are yours.

Chilli oil (Original and Extra Spicy): vegan, laboratory-tested gluten free, no added nuts, no added preservatives.

Hot Honey: not vegan (honey).
