If I place an order, when should I expect to receive it?
Pickup:
Message @itsumamipapi on Instagram or send an email to ethan@umamipapi.com.au to book a time/date for pick up orders once you have placed an order. Please have your cash ready on arrival if you selected Cash On Delivery (COD). Cash On Delivery is only applicable for pick up orders.
If you have selected Pick Up & Cash On Delivery it must be collected and paid within 14 days otherwise your order may result in being forfeited.
Courier Delivery (Metropolitan Melbourne only):
They are picked up Sunday evenings by the UmamiPapi courier and delivered to you on Monday through to Wednesday. Given that you order before Sunday evenings, you will receive it the following Monday - Wednesday.
Postage (Interstate, Regional & Overseas):
Orders are packed neatly into your boxes on Tuesday nights and dropped off at the Australia Post Business Hub on Wednesday afternoons.
ETA is usually 1 week for Australia Post (potentially longer due to COVID-19 delays) and 3-4 weeks for international orders (potentially longer due to COVID-19 delays).
Is it vegetarian/vegan?
UmamiPapi Chilli Oil is 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly. It is free from any animal products.
Sunflower oil is the primary oil used in the cooking process. A splash of sesame oil is added towards the end.
There are no added nuts or any nuts used in UmamiPapi Chilli Oil.
There are no added preservatives in UmamiPapi Chilli Oil.
UmamiPapi Chilli Oil is safe to be left in your pantry or kept on the shelf. It has a 'best before' shelf life of 6 months.
