GIVEAWAY TERMS

The promoter of this competition is UmamiPapi Pty Ltd ("UmamiPapi", "we", "us" or "our").

The competition opens at 5:00pm AEST (Melbourne time) on 1 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT (Melbourne time) on 8 October 2026.

Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of UmamiPapi and their immediate family members.

By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To enter, sign up to the UmamiPapi email list during the competition period using the link in the UmamiPapi social media bio: umamipapi.com.au/pages/signup.

A valid entry is a completed signup with your name and a real email address you can access. If you are already on the list, you can still enter by submitting the signup form again during the competition period.

One entry per person and one entry per email address. Duplicate signups on the same email count as a single entry.

No purchase is necessary. Signing up joins the UmamiPapi marketing email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing after a valid entry does not cancel that entry, but you must still be reachable at the email address you entered to claim the prize.

This is a game of chance. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The draw will be conducted by UmamiPapi as soon as practicable after the competition closes, and no later than 7 days after closing.

UmamiPapi's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

One winner will receive a Gift Box containing one of each of the following:

• OG Large (Crispy Aromatic Chilli Oil)
• Extra Spicy Large
• Hot Honey
• UmamiMayo
• UmamiSpoon

The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a product is unavailable, UmamiPapi may substitute a product of similar value.

The winner will be contacted by email at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the competition closing.

UmamiPapi may also announce the winner on its social channels and/or website.

To claim the prize, the winner must reply within 7 days of that email and provide an Australian delivery address. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize in time, or is not eligible, UmamiPapi reserves the right to draw another winner.

UmamiPapi collects your name and email address to administer this competition and to send marketing emails. Details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

By entering, you consent to being added to the UmamiPapi email list and to UmamiPapi using your name and entry details to contact you if you win and to announce the winner.

UmamiPapi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, automated, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, UmamiPapi and its officers, employees and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of the prize.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media platform. You release those platforms from any claims related to this competition.

UmamiPapi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, including for legal, operational or safety reasons.
