Our Original and Extra Spicy Chilli Oils are 100% vegan and gluten-free. Our Hot Honey contains Australian honey, so it’s not vegan. Our Chilli Egg Mayo contains egg. All products are gluten-free.
Not at all. We proudly use MSG because it's the cheat code to that deep, savoury flavour, the 'umami' in our name. That whole "Chinese Restaurant Syndrome" thing from the 60s has been debunked for years. We're about flavour science, not food myths. It’s why our stuff tastes so damn good.
Keep your jar in a cool, dark pantry. Basically, treat it like a good olive oil. The fridge is too cold, which can cause the oil to solidify and mess with the texture. Just stick it in the cupboard. You’ll finish it quickly to go bad anyway.
