I marine my surprise that my favourite chilli oil is now available at my favourite cafe! Life keeps getting better and better! Check out their breakfast menu and their fish tacos! Well done to umami papi for expanding its reach and giving lots of people a chance to sample this amazing chilli oil!

This creamy mayo, tones down the spiciness of the chilli oil a little, but still brings the heat, and the full flavour of spices that I love about the oil. The only negative is the small size of the jar. After only a few wraps, slathering this delicious spread on, the jar is almost gone. Would love to see one double or, even better, triple the size.
