Once the package is handed to our courier in Melbourne, its movement is beyond our control.
As a rule of thumb:
- A quick metro delivery is 1-2 days from date of dispatch.
- A regional delivery may take 5 business days.
- An interstate metro delivery may take 2-5 business days.
- An interstate regional delivery may take 4-8 business days.
- Delayed deliveries may take up to 15 business days.

At first, I just loved this stuff. Absolutely amazing to add to dumplings, which are my favourite food. Such a great mix of spicy and umami. I started to recommend it to others. Then things tipped. I’m officially obsessed with this chilli oil now. Not only do I add it to just about everything, but just now I caught myself standing in the kitchen eating it out of the jar with chopsticks. I had a moment like Penny in The Big Bang Theory, when she realises she’s addicted to online gaming and looks up in horror saying she needs help. Except I don’t need help, I need more UmamiPapi chilli oil. I haven’t even finished my first jar and will be ordering another ASAP.

I’ve been a chilli lover for years and introduced chilli jerky and other chilli products to my 12 year old son when he was very young, my other kids and wife not so excited as us, I ordered my fist batch of umamipapi and have been stoked with introducing this epic chilli oil to the rest of my family on a wide variety of foods, my 10 year old daughter , my 18 year old daughter and surprisingly my wife have all loved the addition of Umamipapi as an addition to a range of foods.
The Smokey flavor is addictive !
Will now order the hotter variety to see how we go
My son and I aren’t sure about the rest of the family being Into it as we don’t get as many Gyozas any more!
