Chilli Oil Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients

1 packet instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning, or use a pinch)
8–10 rice paper sheets
2 tbsp UmamiPapi Original Crispy Chilli Oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp sesame seeds (black and white)
1 tbsp chives or spring onion, finely snipped
Neutral oil, for pan-frying

METHOD

1. Cook the ramen, drain well, and toss with UmamiPapi Original Crispy Chilli Oil and soy sauce.

2. Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water until just pliable. Add a strip of noodles, fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Repeat.

3. Mix panko and sesame seeds. Press the tops of the rolls into the mix.

4. Pan-fry in a little oil until the rice paper is blistered and the sesame is toasted. Scatter chives and serve with extra chilli oil.
