French Toast with Umami Maple Bacon
This French Toast with Umami Maple Bacon is the recipe for a weekend brunch that ruins all others. Forget sad, soggy bread. We’re talking thick-cut slices soaked in a rich custard and fried golden. The real power move is the crispy bacon, lacquered in a sticky, savoury glaze of maple syrup and our Original Chilli Oil.

5.     In a small bowl add your maple syrup and UmamiPapi Chilli Oil and combine then set aside.

13.  Drizzle with the remaining juices from the baking tray.
